Mhoon Landing is a picturesque Park located on the Mississippi River, 4 miles West of the town of Tunica. When gambling was first legalized in 1992, Mhoon Landing hosted 4 casinos. After the opening of larger casinos North of Mhoon Landing at Robinsonville, this area became abandoned in 1995. Splash was the first casino in Tunica County. Now Splash is coming Back! Renamed Splash Back. Low Water levels of the Mississippi River have slowed progress getting the vessel docked and renovated.





As reported earlier here on Tunica-MS.com :
Splash back's 33,000 sq ft boat, formerly Jubilee Casino, plans to have 600 slot machines and 20 table games. Matt Walker, Chairman of Splash Back's board of directors is overseeing site construction and renovation.
The land based building, where the boat will be docked, is being converted to accommodate 22 deluxe suites, bar, and spacious buffet, seating 400.
Splash back will have many classic and famous cars on display, including Elvis's favorite 1960 Gold Cadillac.
There has also been talk of another Casino opening called Solid Gold. As the pictures show, we know of no new developments on that project.
