Grand Casino ‘Wheel of Fortune’ machine pays a Charlotte man a grand fortune
TUNICA, MS – September 22, 2006 – Robert T. from Charlotte, NC watched excitedly as the first, second and finally third reel lined up on the famous “Wheel of Fortune” symbol, paying him the $1.7 million jackpot.  He was playing a $1 Wheel of Fortune machine at the Grand Casino Resort when he found himself the winner of the $1,674,053.03 progressive jackpot.
Wheel of Fortune slot machines, themed after the popular TV game show, follow the standard 3-reel format and associated pay tables. The progressive jackpot is paid when all three reels stop on the Wheel of Fortune symbol. Murfreesboro Woman wins $1.2 Million at Gold Strike Casino

TUNICA, Miss. – Marlene Dill of Murfreesboro, TN celebrated her 16^th wedding anniversary at Gold Strike Casino Resort by hitting a $1.2 million dollar MegaJackpot® on a Wheel of Fortune® Quarters machine Sunday night.
Dill, a retired receptionist, had invested $3.75 on the machine when all three Wheel of Fortune® emblems lined up on the pay line signaling she had won $1,244,871.21. “I went into a state of shock when I realized what had happened,” said Dill. She and her husband frequent Gold Strike Casino and decided to celebrate their 16^th wedding anniversary with a visit. “We love it here,” said Dill. “Everyone has been so nice, not to mention how beautiful everything is.”
“They went to Tunica, my Mom’s going to win a million dollars tonight,” their son told family friends when they inquired about the Dills at a sporting event. If that wasn’t enough of a precursor Marlene Dill has a new good luck charm. She was carrying a Las Vegas themed decorative purse with a representation of her favorite slot machine, Wheel of Fortune®, on it. The Dills are looking forward to peace of mind concerning their family’s future while traveling and investing the winnings.
