Aaron Hahn
named Assistant Food & Beverage Director
for Grand Casino Resort

Grand Casino Tunica has named Aaron Hahn,
Assistant Food & Beverage Director for Grand Casino Resort.
In his new position, Hahn will be responsible for assisting in the operation
and management of all food service outlets at Grand Casino Resort. This
includes the Grand Buffet, Replays Sports Bar & Grill, Murano’s Italian
Café, LB’s Steak House, Delta Blues Cafe, Java Grande gourmet coffee shops,
Room Service, Convention Center Banquets and the Associate Dining Rooms.
“We welcome Aaron to our Grand Casino family” said Joe Maloney, Vice
President of Food & Beverage for Grand Casino Tunica. “We know, with his
vast hospitality experience, that he will be an asset to our organization. I
am confident that he will help lead our food and beverage operations at all
of our fine establishments”.
Aaron joins Grand Casino Resort with over 15 years in the Food and Beverage
industry. Prior to joining Grand Casino Resort, he was Beverage Manager for
the Sheraton Casino and Hotel, Tunica. Prior to the Sheraton, he was
Beverage Manager at Silverton Casino, Las Vegas. Aaron holds a degree in
Finance and Management from University of Davenport, Michigan. He is a
native of Las Vegas, and now resides in Memphis, Tennessee.
Brian Eby Named Vice President of Operations - Sheraton
Casino and Hotel Tunica, MS
Tunica Resorts, MS, Brian Eby has
been named Vice President of Operations for Sheraton Casino and Hotel,
Tunica MS.
In his new position, Eby will be responsible for assisting in the operation
and management of all food and beverage outlets, slots, environmental
services, hotel and valet operations for Sheraton Casino.
“Brian’s leadership has been a critical component to the success of the
Sheraton, and I am very pleased that Brian has accepted this position to
help manage and oversee all operations” said
Steve Schutte, General Manager Sheraton Casino and Hotel.
Brian joined Caesars Entertainment in February 2002 as Director of Slot
Operations for Sheraton Casino, Tunica. Prior to joining Caesars
Entertainment, he was Director of Slot Operations for Station Casinos, Las
Vegas Nevada.
Brian is a graduate of New Mexico State University, with a Bachelors degree
of Finance. Brian with his wife and son live in Memphis, Tennessee.
